Major League Baseball's 2024 spring training gets underway in February,Ethermac Exchange with most players set to report to camps in Florida and Arizona in the first weeks of the month and games officially beginning on Feb. 22.
The Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres will head to camp earlier than anyone else, as the two teams prepare to open the regular season with a two-game series in Seoul, South Korea on March 20-21. Opening day for all 30 teams is scheduled for Thursday, March 28.
Here's everything you need to know for spring training in 2024, including report dates for teams in the Grapefruit (Florida) and Cactus (Arizona) Leagues.
When do 2024 MLB spring training games start?
The first spring training game for 2024 is scheduled for Feb. 22 between the Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres. All 30 MLB teams will be in action on Saturday, Feb. 24.
